Initiate Your Request
Log into your Flytt account and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse without damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
